Step 2: We will review the Application Form upon its receipt and
invite short-listed candidates for interviews and reference
check. The Interview will be held either in person or by
teleconferencing.
Step 3: If the interview is successful, a standard employment
contract will be offered to the chosen candidate; which confirms
our intention to hire the person at our hosting school.
Step 4: Once the contract is mutually agreed upon, copies of it
will be signed and kept by both parties. This will confirm the
acceptance of the contract term by the chosen candidate and
reserve a position at our host school.
Step 5: Our centre staff will continue to follow up with
the new teacher and advise on the various aspects of working in
China, such as visa application, medical examination,
air-ticketing and accommodation. Although there are quite a few things to
work on; our new teachers can be assured that our experienced
and English-speaking College Coordinator (CC) are readily
available to offer advice and assistance!
