Step 1: Fill the application
form and send it to Robin YK Koh at [email protected]
Please note that it's not until the candidates submit a complete Dipont
Employment Application Form that they will be considered as potential
teachers. Self-formatted resumes or cover letters will not be regarded
as anything more than introductions.
Step 2: Upon receiving your documents, we will review
them and select the right candidates for interviews and reference check.
The Interview will be held either in person or by telephone.
Step 3: After the interview, we will send you a standard
employment contract for reviewal; which confirms that we have accepted
you as a teacher at our host school.
Step 4: Once you agree to the contract, we will ask
you to sign it before you email it as an attachment or fax it back to
us. This confirms that you have accepted our contract terms, and reserve
a position at our host school. Once contract signature is done, we will
send you the relevant documents to help you apply for your visa.
Step 5: Go to the Chinese Embassy to apply "Z"
visa or "F" visa with necessary documents sent by us beforehand
(you might be asked to provide recent medical certificate). Simultaneously,
you had better make your personal preparation.
Step 6: You book the ticket to the destination. As
soon as you get your ticket, you inform our center coordinator of your
flight details who will reply to confirm that we will meet you at the
airport.
Step 7: We will pick you up at the airport before
you arrive at the apartment ready for you. Then follow your orientation,
training, and sightseeing. At the same time, your documents will be
sent to the Foreign Affairs Office and your visa be updated.
Step 8: Briefly after you arrive in the city where
the school is located, you will commence working with Dipont in our
host school. In the school, you can ask your assistant or coordinator
for help whenever you encounter difficult situations,
